1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TipWizard Electronics ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

TipWizard Electronics provides professional car electronics installation, repair, and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Car audio system installation and repair
• GPS navigation system services
• Dash camera installation
• Backup camera and parking sensor installation
• Bluetooth integration services
• General car electronics repair and maintenance

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Appointments and Scheduling

• All services require advance booking
• Service appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided

3.3 Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and requirements
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible and clean for service
• Remove all personal items from areas where work will be performed
• Notify us of any known electrical or mechanical issues

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 Service Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on our installation services and a 30-day warranty on repair services, subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty covers defects in workmanship only
• Does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear
• Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer
• Warranty service must be performed by TipWizard Electronics

4.2 Product Warranties

Products installed by us are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

TipWizard Electronics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, data, or profits
• Damage to vehicle components not directly related to our services
• Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in your vehicle
• Damage exceeding the cost of services provided

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TipWizard Electronics and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8. Website Use

8.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
